Returns

In order to best support the businesses on our website, we currently do not accept returns for products that are not listed with "Shop Loql" as the vendor. If there is an issue with your order, we will offer exchanges or refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Exchanges

In the event you have received incorrect items in your order, we are happy to send you a replacement of the correct item. To request an exchange, please email us at contact@shoploql.com with your order number and a brief description of your issue.

Refunds

In the event you have received incorrect items in your order, are missing items in your order or missing an order entirely, we are happy to offer a partial or full refund, or re-send the missing item(s). To request a refund, please email us at contact@shoploql.com with your order number and a brief description of your issue.

Cancellations

If you've accidentally placed an order, please email us at contact@shoploql.com immediately. If your order is already being processed, we unfortunately are unable to return or refund your order.
