Founded by a group of friends who enjoy good company and good food. Our passion is to bring our fresh, dry rubbed, slow roasted meats, made from scratch beans and grains and fresh from the garden vegetables that we often enjoy ourselves, to the people of Northern Chautauqua County. We aren’t your average taco shop. Our ingredients are crafted from scratch and our meats are slow roasted and smoked for over 12 hours creating a fresh and unique fusion of traditional BBQ and fresh Mexican cuisine. We are family owned and operated and are long-time Fredonia residents.
